• Product & Order: All furniture specifications, dimension data and product photos listed online are accurate to actual merchandise; minor craft variances caused by natural material traits will not be treated as defective goods. Orders are finalized once payment confirmation is received, and order modification requests only get approved within 12 hours post successful checkout.
• Intellectual Property: All site text, product images, logo and layout design belong exclusively to HomeNest Living; unauthorized screenshot, copy or commercial reproduction of our store content is prohibited under US copyright law.
• User Responsibility: Buyers shall provide accurate US domestic shipping address and valid contact phone number during checkout; extra rerouting shipping fees triggered by wrong address input will be fully borne by purchasers.
• Jurisdiction: Any contractual disputes shall be settled under the consumer protection laws of the United States, with negotiation as the preferred preliminary resolution method.
