- Processing Period: All in-stock furniture orders get packed and dispatched within 10–20 business working days after payment clearance; pre-sale custom-sized items require 10–20 business days for pre-production before shipment, with expected delivery time marked clearly on corresponding product detail page.
- Delivery Timeframe: Standard ground shipping takes 10–20business days for contiguous US mainland states; Alaska & Hawaii remote areas need extra 10–20 transit days due to regional logistics restrictions.
- Shipping Cost Rule: Free standard ground delivery for all orders over $99 USD; orders below $99 will charge a flat-rate $9.99 domestic shipping fee calculated automatically at checkout.
- Shipment Exception: If packages get lost or severely damaged during carrier transit, customers must submit photo proof within 48 hours after delivery confirmation, and we assist full refund or complimentary reshipment per US logistics compensation regulations.
