Return Policy
Our 30-Day US Customer Return Policy complies with American federal consumer commerce regulations, effective from the date customers receive their home furniture packages:
- Eligible Return Scenarios: Unused, unassembled furniture with intact original factory packaging can apply for full refund within 30 calendar days upon receipt; defective products (scratch, structural damage from factory production) qualify for free return shipping borne by our brand.
- Customer-initiated Voluntary Return: If buyers change purchase mind and initiate non-quality return request, customers cover outbound return shipping expense; original product must be sent back to our designated US domestic warehouse without artificial damage or missing spare parts.
- Return Rejection Condition: Custom modified furniture, partially assembled finished goods and clearance discounted final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless confirmed with factory quality flaws.
- Refund Timeline: After our warehouse receives and inspects returned goods, full payment will be refunded to original payment account within 10–20 bank business days.
